I just got back from my trip to Brazil and am feeling excited about the amazing things we are going to create this year.
Adoley left today for Ghana, Africa for the funeral services for her father. Please keep her and her family in your prayers during this difficult time. If anyone would like to send a card to Adoley you can mail them to our PO BOX 11677, MDR, CA 90295.
Many of you have been asking about our next Time Expansion seminar. We may do it publically again in the Spring. In the meantime we are facilitating in house trainings for companies and associations as a 1-2 day training program. If you would like to invite us to your company give us a call.

The Power of Intention by Deborah Deras
New Years Eve in Rio De Janiero on Copacabana Beach in Brazil was needless to say an experience to remember. There is about one million people from all over the world. Everyone dresses in all white and congregate on the infamous Copacabana beach to give flowers to the Goddess of the Sea, Umonja. At the midnight hour on New Years Eve everyone kisses, hugs and many old and young jump into the 70 degree ocean water to consecrate the New Year.
There are three sound stages set up on the beach with live bands playing from 9pm-4am. There is Samba, Axe, Reggaton, and other passionate and vibratory rhythms. People dance on the sand, on the street, and any surface they can find in the mobs of people everywhere. The feeling of excitement in the air is palatable. The party goes from all night long.
My Brazil experience was one of four vacations. How did I my intention to travel into four trips in 2004?

Staying Motivated to Healthy Living in 2005
- Eat only when you are hungry and don’t do anything else while eating
- Get a workout buddy to activate the Power of Synergy
- Choose a fun activity you love (dancing, tennis, etc.)
- Schedule workouts into your calendar
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (keep a 12 pack of water in your car)
- Keep a food and exercise journal to measure your progress
- Focus on being healthy rather than losing weight
